Estate is ongoing. Little management issues but organization is fair. Looks a serious developer. Cost is a bit high, trust is not 100%. Overall one can risk a house here

The estate is still under construction, densely uninhabited with very terrible access road, even the roads within the estate are unpaved. One good thing about this estate is the presence of armed security personnel which gives assurance of safety.

Very affordable housing for your premium accommodation, easy to access and very close to the city center. It is along airport road, umaru Musa yaradua way by Glory dume dunamis church behind conoil filling station.

It is a fast developing estate, with a massive layout..though developing, there are people already living in. Some home owners are already pegging their property at N150m, a bit on the high side sha.
