They always have issue of power (light). Their small generator only lighting not all rooms but few, even with that, the few ones will ask to off thier ACs. While the big generator is always having issues.

Standard rooms expected from a 3 star hotel. Beautiful Architectural design located in a serene environment. Staff are courteous and efficient. Meal services need to be improved.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to find even for first time visitors to Zaria - just don't confuse it with the ABU main campus. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The entrance is not accessible and there isn't any elevator to rooms not on the ground floor.

The conference hall is so beautiful and fits for any type of event. The serene is also very accounting and conducive for the event of your choice.

Decent for a guest in the city of Zaria. Though the furniture look ancient, it's liveable. The only problem is the poor, and most times, bad reception of cellular network both for voice call and data services.
