It was a case of "all that glitters is not gold" But, it had a great ambience which was the catch for me. I had to make a call to request for bathroom essentials and for the boiler to be turned on and guess what? The boiler never worked. I was so sad because I haven't had a cold…

The ambience is 10/10. Customer service is 6/10 as waitress was rude and had a nasty attitude. The food was a 9/10 chef is amazing.

Has a very very good lounge for lovers and friends to chill in. For emphasis, meals and drinks are also served here. In the evening, the lighting is dim which I so liked. Kay's Place is for middle and high class individuals.
