The place is good in terms of location because it is a tranquility area within the area of Buba Shongo. There rooms are moderate the toilet is that good.

Bad services and boring time, but very cheap and steady electricity but poor services and very old building, the security of the room doors are not guaranteed, the receptionist are not welcoming. I Regrets going.

Quite dilapidated but undergoing renovation. For now all rooms have no air-conditioning. The standby generator appears not to be in use as there was no power after the public mains supply went off

Kanem is a low budget hotel, largely as most of the guest houses in Gombe, its peaceful and quiet. The management team are very friendly and welcoming. However, they need to improve simple hygiene in most of the rooms as they looked old and unkept.
