The heat pack the therapist applied was from my own microwave. She taught me how to do it safely. The use of home resources makes the care sustainable. My chronic ache is managed perfectly. This is empowerment-based mobile physiotherapy. I love it.

Initially I thought what I needed was more than physiotherapy, but the doctor attended to me for the first session, it was an excellent experience and fantastic relief. By the end of the second session, I was convinced I'm in a good hand. Thank you so much Doctor.
