    If I were to rate their customer service, I'd give it a Zero. They take pride in delaying people. Every other thing about this pickup centre is average. What's an enterprise though without good customer care service?

    I got there this morning by 7:50am to collect my package and I waited till 10:40am and when I saw no sign if them showing up I had to leave in annoyance, so this is how bad jumia pickup stores are, what a pity I don't think I will make use of that drop point at tipper garage…
