I love jumia pickup station cos whenever I place an order it exactly what I ordered and their product are very cheap even the product it self last longer

Good location but very terrible customer services. They never picked calls at anytime and neither do they respond to mails. No means to make enquiries since the frequently change pick up location and working days... I advice you switch of the line.

Customer service are so bad and mannerless imagine we went to collect our package and they’re already closing by too 6pm when the initial closing hour is 7pm

Customer service is okay, but there is misdirection. The address is wrong and the opening hours are wrong. It's misleading and wannoying to waste time, effort and money to come pick up and find that they are not open
