Bad place to sort your packages - very much backwards in a paper based system plus staff are very rude and will deliberately waste your time. Ambiance is very dirty and hardly powered - all packages of all kinds can be seen on the floor as you walk in - almost like an old public…

They were a bit poor in answering me and finding out where my parcel was kept. The place wasn't extremely organized but it wasn't terrible. They can upgrade their services and how they respond to their clients.

Not a fancy place where you get to chill inside an AC or get refreshed while you waiting for your parcel.... But their service is quite efficient and their staffs are very professional in how they go about their business
