Please fix the front door of the room with balcony on 1st floor.There’s a gap big enough for anything to enter. The glass door in the back gets stuck.l need that room next month.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve visited in a long time. The customer service, the cleaner all were so rude. The toilets were leaking and messy, no toiletries, no towel. I went downstairs to complain and the receptionist just worked out on me. I would have checked reviews…
