This housing estate is owned by government and it houses civil servants in the employ of the state government. The place is well designed though very old in terms of structure.

An old housing estate, built by the Ogun State Govt for civil servant in the 70s. However, private buildings now abound in d area as d Government later decided allocating land to individual elite and d rich within the area

A nice place with a high potential of more visits if the building exteriors are renovated like the office interiors. Lots of undemacated parking spaces, poor landscaping with an average eatry. A cool signage at the gate gives it the coporate feel it deserves.

Has a good layout, equal-to or greater-than 18hrs electricity supply a day, serene, many hotels, house some government officials quarters, good road network and fine buildings erupting. And at the heart of the town.
