Horrible staff. Front desk receptionist Victoria is a horrible employee. Come here if you want your disability to determine whether you are allowed to enter or not.

We are too content with mediocrity as a nation. Lots of improvement needed on the customer service front.

Abysmal front-desk reception. I regret ever deciding to try out iFitness Ibadan. Seems your staff are more concerened about apeasing their fragile egos than making profit. Highly recommend if you are masochist and want to experience soul-crushing customer service.
