The building is old and same as the room facilities.... Check on the room desks, nothing to write home about.... Even the bathroom, wardrope It doesn't worth it price tag. You can always improve. Thank you

Looks like an old building that has been newly renovated. Made to look very nice and appealing. Power just isn’t available during the day.

The hotel is really old. It needs maintenance. The bed was hard, and the toilet looked dirty. No hot shower. It was okay for a one night stay. They have a safe parking area. We booked online for 9,675 naira, but they said the price online is not updated, and we paid 11,875 naira…

Paid 9,600 but I got service worth of 20k. Water heater is working, light through out the night, fan and AC working. Staffs are really nice . Came for an exam and a good location for me to read. Coming to Ibadan and looking for a nice hotel, I highly recommend. It's indeed home…

Well, for an event, the event hall is really cool. It has space and AC units enough for about a hundred people. I have yet to see their rooms but the event hall is 7/10 for me. The outside is not too bad, but it seems like it needs to be renovated/repainted.
