Horrible staff, no human relations, no water heater, outdated AC don't work unless on grid. I only stayed for a night cos its late and couldn't get other place. Never visit this place.

For an average standard of a small hotel, this hotel is good. There is a lot of improvements needed from customer relations to services providers. The staff need more training on hospitality management. So far the experience was good.

The rooms are big, clean and very cheap, the staffs are customer friendly. They know the values of having good customer service, they listen to complains and make adjustments immediately. I really love my stay there.

Gongola summit is a decently priced hotel with good basic services. Their rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My first time staying here but will definitely return if ever in Jimeta/Yola again. They don't have POS services so better prepare cash or cash…

Poorest quality of food, Poor staffing. The gateman is the receptionist, he also works in the kitchen. The one or two staffs are even mannerless Most things are not in place, no blanket, no toothpick, no one to clean your room.
