The GIG terminal at nsukka is terrible. They have very poor customer service and they lack the ability to resolve conflicts that might arise . Their buses are also not in good conditions . The only good thing about that terminal is that the building is nice . It is a 3/10

Good for your luxury travels and premium logistics needs. The only downside is that they don't have good packing space. Driving to their park can be very difficult.
