It's a busy and functional park, staffs are polite and mostly helpful with customers. The waiting hall/area can be made neater with adequate maintenance and possibly working cameras to help tackle cases of stolen bags.

I had a smooth and pleasant experience at GIGM Iyana Ipaja. The staff were professional and helpful, the terminal was well organized, and the buses were clean and comfortable. Booking and boarding were stress-free. Highly recommended for safe and reliable travel.

I enjoy using GIGM for business trips as their rides are generally smooth and comfortable. However, I’ve noticed that in some buses the TV screens don’t work, which takes away from the experience. Also, the check-in process for online bookings could be more seamless. Overall…

Ok, customer service here is better. The Walk-in restaurant gives passengers access to simple meals, water and drinks. Customer reception hall is large enough to accommodate the inflow of travelers. The Park travel to about 15 cities.
