So disappointing customer service, was at the office to send a parcel to Abuja 7.40am and over 30mins I was not attended to. They said they needed to clear the office before attending to me. So annoying, I missed my appointment for 8a.m for this

This company reeks of inefficiency at a very high level. How can it take you guys one week to deliver an international passport from Lagos to Delta state. You know how important travel documents are and you have kept this package after charging exorbitant fees.
