Fair enough the attendant was very responsive and swift. But in all the parcel movement seemed slow, considering the distance in question. That's my opinion though, but I believe they can improve their swiftness.

The employees are nice people. And they offer Reasonable prices. They are a little slow in putting your order in order tho. Spent about 25 mins just to send a tiny package. If I didn't have to ship outside Lagos, I'd have found a faster alternative

It was difficult to locate the Sanusi Fafunwa office in Victoria Island because there was no signage at the building facade; it’s a tiny mall with different stores. The lady who I spoke with in Customer Service was not very helpful. Eventually got in and got served promptly…
