This is my first experience with GIG and it's not a good one. My order was never delivered to me and the update was reading delivered. They didn't contact my number and when I tried calling, I was placed on a answering machine. Very unfortunate Temu chose Gig to send my order.

They are making pick up difficult for people. I sent somebody to pick up my item at the GIG office in Kano. They refused to release the item even after confirmation from me; they said the person has to present an ID card which he doesn’t have. I asked them to deliver the item…

Most irresponsible courier agency ihave ever seen. Courier from kano to lagos took 1 week for delivery, that too delivery was done to a wrong person. No information about the whereabouts of the goods. Never ever using this courier service again

Shipped an item from Lagos since Monday July 27th, but it still didn't arrive after 3 days! Better use bus service!
