Had to send a parcel to Calabar and it was the most seamless process ever. I spent about 5-10minutes there and my package was delivered in 3 days. Price was fair too. No complaints!

The staff are friendly. The costs is a bit high for start up buisnesses, however if your customers do not mind then, you are fine. My delivery to kano took 4 days and no one sent a message to inform the receiver that the goods had arrived.

This paticlar branch operations need to be review too much or hiden charges. It took me Three days to send a package. They staff there lack respect for themself and for client,they have NO IDEA of what is call costomer service.
