Their employees need a lot of improvement in the area of customer service. The lady that was supposed to attend to me was busy singing along to every song that was playing on the television while I was sitting in front of her waiting for her to acknowledge that I was there.

GIG is a professional transport and logistics company. Prices are a bit on the high side, but services are great! You can book online, call for package pick up, physically drop off with them.
