A lovely environment with good ambiance and value set for money. It's well spacious with ample car park located in the heart of PortHarcourt at Sam Wobo Street, off Amaechi Drive, GRA Phase 3, Rivers state. It has a good security and access control

Good, serene location within the G.R.A with courteous staff like Modesty always willing to go the extra mile. I even got to do a 5km walk within the premises on a Saturday morning.

It's cool, but there is so much mosquito there that doesn't allow you to sleep at night. You visit there and go out with malaria. That's bad

Very nice housing estate for company staff. It's not a hotel but more of a residence apartment for staffs in transit. I guess the idea is for companies that want to lodge their staff there while in transit. The environment is lovely and neat. Visited the kitchen though and wasn't…

Quite a quiet location and central too. Facilities were great. Although local taxi cabs confuse it for the Genesis cinemas, just tell them it is opposite the Agip clubhouse. That worked for me everytime.
