The service was good and fast,I was escorted around the showroom by a customer service personnel to make choices and within 20 mins the items got tested and handed over to us, Good price for LG TV and I was gifted a mini X BOOM speaker.

I went to the service centre for repair of my washing machine.. The washing machine was well repaired. My satisfaction was key in their process. You have to be very, very patient to achieve what you want done.

Terrible customer service. The attendants were just playing around , chewing gums. Had to wait for the manager over 3hrs to get the price for a common 53inch tv screen replacement... so regret, waste of time
