A decent place to work out. Their aerobic sessions are fantastic and intense. The instructors/Trainers are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable.

The gym is actually okay, they have basic equipments, quite old though. They normally have morning and evening classes. And it is the only gym in that neighborhood.
