Poor customer relationship, hardly pay attention to customer. The customer relation are always on a bad day mood. Their marketers hardly know their products. Most of the customer relationship is left to the security personnel to handle. Too bad

Arrogance and bad output mars this branch. Maybe its a bad day for them especially at the funds transfer unit but it wasn't a good service at all. Fidelity bank please strive to retrain your staff. We are building a new Nigeria please.

This banking hall is so small for customers trying to deposit or make withdrawal. Customers also might get choked despite the air-conditioning in here. No ventilation! The interior design is poor and needs to be worked on. Seems to me like they have limited workers in this…
