Withdrew cash from the ATMs. For both my Mastercard and Visa, max withdrawal was 20K NGN with about 0.5% fee.

Fidelity bank used to a be a bank of pride but in recent times I do not understand their modus operandi. I have 2 failed transfers of over 200k yet to be reversed to my account for over 1 month now. What is the challenge?
