The location is good but poor customer service. Receptionist did not respond to greeting, customers were not attended to, I had to help myself with the service I went their for, no assistance whatsoever.

It's 2020 and they still require paper copies and photocopies and one passport photograph to release my certificate. No where to upload online. Absolutely disappointing that I have to make two trips because they want paper copies.

Very nice service. The room is very cool. The lady at the office is very friendly and warm. FedEx sends parcels to different parts of Nigeria and also anywhere around the world. They charge 4050naira to send a parcel to owerri. 0kg to 1kg I guess. I know this because I sent a…

My advice on FEDEX is a strong, red hot CAVAET! DO NOT EVER USE THEM! They charge fraudulent duties on your consignment and have quite remarkably clueless staff.
