Decent supermarket but the staff needs to be polite and willing to assist shopper not just sitting down looking gloomy on the stairs called one to ask for a price and she said go to the counter I’m like for real?

Most all of their products are expired, I bought pancake mix there I got home and saw inserts inside, another time they miscalculated my bill and added 11k extra, I had to go back and wait for hours before I was refunded, rude staffs/manager and too many fake products

It's quite a nice place where you can get everything you want. Only issue I had was with the cashiers. They can be very slow and when it comes to handing change, can be somewhat annoying. Apart from that, it's a ok place.

The customer service is very very bad and when you call for the manager a woman came out from the CCTV room with very annoying reply and bad attitude. The mall competition along Sapele road is much. Simply consider other supermarkets if you do not want anybody to disrespect you.
