  I went in to get perfume today and the service was abismal. I was followed about like I was going steal. But was not helped after I stated my budget. They need to do better with the way they speak to customers. No matter what I should be treated with respect.

  I had the worst customer service experience at your branch in Ikeja city mall . Your sales rep are so rude and speak to customers in a condescending manner. It does not manner if I’m paying less than 50k or 500k. Customers should be treated with respect . I don’t know any perfume…

  I went in to get a perfume for a friend, and after testing about 3 perfumes, the sales person told me I had to buy a perfume. And I asked her if testing perfumes was not allowed, she couldn't give an answer. Very weird and uncomfortable experience.
