Apparently, the first museum built in Nigeria but it doesn't look it at all, or maybe it does. Poor maintenance culture has the place looking run down. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, they made the trip worthwhile.

I had an informative time visiting the museum. Interestingly, it is the first museum in Nigeria! For such a significant place, the government should put in more attention here. I couldn’t get to visit some galleries in the place due to lack of electricity. Pictures aren’t allowed…
