There rooms very expensive and only one person in charge of reception same person as cleaner same person, what if they have customer like 10 same person we attend to those 10 at once Abi. Room of 15k 18k no AC, given time to on TV

Bad customer service, their log out time is 11 and they off gen by 8am in the morning and the heat is much. The price did not worth it. First experience with bad experience.
