The pool section is too poor...how can I request for a towel and be given a hand towel at the pool area. That's too poor- towel that doesn't cover the body fully Btw,your customer service is too poor..your staffs are annoying and rude Please upgrade your services

Their customer service is very bad. Especially the swimming area. My experience was very bad 😞. They really have to upgrade.

I had a nice experience at EEMJM Hotels, the environment was calm, cool, and clean. Everything needed was in place. We had a retreat at the hotel, and nobody complained about anything and it was all wonderful. They have a lot spaces for cars to park, they have different sizes…

It's like home to me having been here before. I am sure there are plans in upgrading the structures and furniture, but their staff? Unbeatable! Super courteous,friendly caring always neatly dressed and ready to help. The staff make you feel like you are home. Beautiful!
