Terrible experience. Had to wait for more than 1 hour after scheduled time of departure because a passenger did not turn up. Other passengers had to keep waiting until the passenger showed up. Disgusting

Great vehicle and passenger priority. They offered us fish pieces and a bottle of water. Ride was comfortable. Only problem I had was being dropped off at AYA.
