In terms of transfer the UBA you use is too slow this is the third time I’m waiting for more than 30mins and it’s freaking annoying, I will suggest that you people should get opay or kuda banks or any other faster apps because I and another patient here are complaining as I text…

My experience was excellent especially the patient - staff interaction and care during my visit. However, i would wish to request Thelish to improve and streghten communication with HMOs to ease patient waiting time.

I'm happy that I come here for retina surgery. I want to commed the sagacity, sincerity, hardwork, dedication and near perfection attitudes of your staff. They're indeed a source of inspiration to the patients. May The management have the wisdom to encourage their performance.
