Please people how do I report to the right authority, I bought some items at the supermarket, got home and tried to use it and it was bad very bad to the point I couldn't make do with it. Took it back and the manager's response was very bad.pls I need someone to attend to me.

Have very nice items. Will visit again soon. Posted a bad review earlier cause of my experience but had to update due to the response from the owner. I got a refund and an apology. I commend the efforts of the owner Mr Michael. Staffs make or mare you.
