A serene and safe environment. It's a bit far from the city centre. Can be a bit tricky to find the estate gate, you are likely to miss it if you aren't very observant.

Calm, quiet and good people. However, poor road network within the estate, power supply is 38% but security is 90%. If you desire a place to have your privacy, raise your children and exercise- Then , this is a place for you.
