Would have given a 5 star rating but the wait time here was just too long. I spent about 2 hours just to send a package even though I had just about 4 people ahead of me. Apart from this, the staff are friendly and nice.

Management should SERIOUSLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE WAIT TIME. You approach DHL these days when you have 2 to 3 hours of free time to spend trying to send a parcel (and considering the MANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE NOW, who has got that time?)
