Paid for international call but they answered and didn’t say anything ?????? Initiated a second call… some lady answered & hung up in seconds … Tried a third time & got no answer!!!!?????? Each time my carrier charged me for these calls that got me NOWHERE

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now to send things everywhere and I have not had an issue. The ladies that attend to me are always nice and pleasant. They have recently increased their prices FYI… I would say though if you want to have a smooth process when you get here…

The staff here are extremely rude! I was at the center by 2pm and was locked out because they claime to close by 2pm. Not only that, but the supervisor was screaming at his security not to let me in.

They attend to customers fast yes but its difficult to find the office without asking the security because the office is behind. Friendly customer service. Goods arrive on time. Poor parking lot. The area is littered with Courier services and banks so..good. It's great overall.
