He responded well on phone, gave me a technician but the guy wouldn't show up.

This guy is a fraud. He sent another person to do the job, they used fake gas, and the AC never cooked. I paid them in full, but they never came back to repair it. No one should have any business transaction with him.

So unprofessional, unpleasant and messy. His solution to the crackling noise from my AC was to bang it repeatedly as if a child banging on a fuzzy TV. Then to top it off he left the worst mess. Last time I use Google search to find a technician. Word of mouth referral is still…
