Their customer service has dropped from 5 years ago, stops to pick up passengers on the way which use to be against their policy and also bad manners from the drivers. May never patronize them again

They don't keep to time. U wait at least 2 hours after stated departure time. Driver was rude and picked passengers by the road side at nght. I felt very unsafe.
