very poor service. customer service is poor and do not know how to attend to customers. their delivery timeframe is very poor. what should be delivered in 3 days will take them a week and days to deliver. I won't be using them anymore. it's being 9 years of torment

I was supposed to get a package from 17TRACk from China with the tracking number GZ0000961657YQ, when it got to them here in Abuja, the courier changed the status to “delivered” without delivering to me or even reaching out to me till date. My goods is still with them.
