  Love their food, but their online store payment method for transferring money is wack. I transferred 5k to their wema account and it didn't reflect nor did I recive a reversal on my money.

  They never have in store what you want (for the past 1 year there is ALWAYS something missing!) Service is also not up to par with management getting angry when pointing out shortcomings. However the ice cream still tastes great, no matter what you order

  Customer service is great when you walk in. When you try to order online it's a different story. The online process is really bad and if your payment gets stuck, your chances of getting a refund is close to zero. Edit: while the process has been fixed, they still do not refund.
