Very poor customer service. Those ladies at the counter will be chewing gum and be acting nonchalant. Gossiping. Order was ready and they couldn’t even inform me until I walked up to ask why it was taking so long. Plus how can a business in 2026 not have a way of ordering online…

It has minimal park space, but good security, the environment is clean also the toilets well kept, it has wheelchair accessibility and also has the prices at the counter which makes it easy, you can order and pick up or delivered.

I am super surprised at what I see here. Last time I was here was 9 years ago and it was my favorite place to enjoy a meal. Now I’ve come in and took my time to search for them and got to the locked place eventually the functional one. The Customer service was zero. I got my…

Not surprised a lot of people are complaining about the awful customer service. Nonchalant staff that probably have zero idea what good customer service is. The security men who assist with parking are nice. The chicken shawarma is good but not worth the ill behaviour of the…

Just like everyone already mentioned. their service is so awful, so awful that I rather pay higher for a lower quality sharwama. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about. you dont do delivery, ok what stops you from responding on WhatsApp?? in the end after paying on…

It’s a fast food in wuse 2. They have about 2 more branches in Abuja. Rumor has it that they serve one of the best shawarma in Abuja. I’ve had their shawarma several times and that rumor seems legit. Their price is friendly and you can find a meal there for as low as 300 Naira…
