The hotel needs to do alot of work on their services. Their services are very poor, especially the restaurant and the service elevator Note: It is advisable to use the stairs because you can get trapped in the elevator.

They hav poor service especially restaurants aspect. Guest don’t hav access to elevator. For one week. I hav to climb the stairs to 4 floor. For a week. They don’t understand the concepts of of complementary breakfast or wat a buffet means.
