It is a centre where African Cultural Heritage is exhibited. The auditorium is very convenient for conference and social gatherings. The Osun State government is presently carrying out the auditing of its workers at the centre.

It's an appropriate place to hold all formal events such as seminars, conferences, colloquiums as well as traditional celebrations. It is located on a steep hill where a nice vantage view of the Osogbo community can be appreciated
