I firstly had to wait for quite a while before entering. They have a placard in front of their office showing the opening and closing times, tell me why at 8:48am they are not opened when their opening time for weekdays says 8:30am. And then some workers resumed around that time…

I met the most rude set of attendants I’ve ever met in my life here. 2 ladies, chewing gum loudly and intentionally ignoring questions about the service I came to inquire about because I needed my under warranty Oraimo product replaced. Utterly disappointed
