Very rude attendant. All I asked was why my earbuds that literally popped open is not covered by warranty. The attendant didn't even try to check the earbuds he just ignored me and started attending to other customers. Your stairway is horribly lit by the way.

Poor customer service especially the ladies at the desk. Why did they put them at the desk if they can’t answer simple question without insulting customers

I met the most rude set of attendants I’ve ever met in my life here. 2 ladies, chewing gum loudly and intentionally ignoring questions about the service I came to inquire about because I needed my under warranty Oraimo product replaced. Utterly disappointed
