Booked a reservation for an event with them and they completely disappointed themselves and we're unwilling to make amends. 2 hours to the time of the scheduled event, and I realised that the hall I had paid for had been booked for 2 different events happening at the same time…

Good hotel in a strategic location but they do switch off the generator plant during the night and most of the heaters are not working. You will have to plead for hot water. The restaurant is none existent, don't bother making orders.

Good and affordable rooms, nice staff. My only displeasure was with the food. No menus were available in the room ,were quite expensive, sometimes salty and were always delivered late.
