The customer representatives are terrible and very bad at communication. They hangup on you and block your line when you try to reach out to them on the time communicated by them to you. This grossly irresponsible and they should be help accountable.

These guys do not have a customer care, no number to call (their 12-digit number doesn't go through) they don't respond to email. you'll just feel hopeless because your phone is with them for maintenance
