It's really one of the best gym places in Abuja. They have a locker room, and you could shower and change. The registration fee is friendly. They have moved to a new location, Los Angeles Mall, along Jahi road.

Not as displayed in the photos at all. Outdated and run down equipment, limited space in the weight room that your stepping on and over weights during your workout. Some equipment is okay like the leg curl machine. No A/C either and I had to ask for them to turn on a fan with it…
