First of, their service is too expensive and too slow. Annoying customer service experience. Plus, it feels more like a government office than a repair center. I highly do not recommend. Alternate HP service center is Wilms Imaging Network Limited at Computer Village, Ikeja.

They are not great with their service, they tell you they will get back to you btw 48-72 hours and I still had to follow up after 96hours and they were still apologizing and I eventually got a feedback after like one week.

This service center is directly opposite the Access Bank. The receptionists were welcoming and cordial. I wanted to replace my laptop battery but they didn't have the type so I had to leave. There is ample parking space, staircase, no elevator and no dedicated parking. ♿
