I renewed my car insurance in December, my car was flashed on 20th of February and You people updated it in February 23th , VIO stopped my brother and they said my car is owing a fine of #20,000 For late renewer of insurance. I would provide the receipt please 🙏 your company…

I used them as a Comprehensive Underwriter to my Car. They slashed the claim by over 50% insinuating that "The Damage is not MUCH". They never inspected the vehicle, nor did they show any professionalism. A sad and regrettable experience. I will NEVER use them again.
